Raphaël LeBlanc, 83, of Memramcook East, passed away at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital on Monday, April 24, 1995 after a brief illness.

Born in Memramcook East, he was the son of the late Raphaël and Jeanne (Landry) LeBlanc. A retired mason, he attended Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church in Memramcook East.

He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Edouard Babineau (Florence) of Memramcook East, Mrs. Normand Hébert (Doris) of Scoudouc, Mrs. Hervé Boucher (Bella) of Notre Dame de Kent, Mrs. Maria LeBlanc of Saint John; five sons, Jean and Henri LeBlanc of Memramcook East, Paul LeBlanc, Allain LeBlanc and his wife Norma, Hector LeBlanc and his wife Noëlla, all of Dieppe; one sister, Mrs. Lita Belliveau of St. Joseph; one brother, Frank LeBlanc of Memramcook East; 17 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Mae Lorette LeBlanc; three sisters, Emma, Amanda and Bella; three brothers, Léo, Willie and Fred.

Resting at Dupuis Funeral Home Ltd., Memramcook, with visiting hours on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 6:30 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church in Memramcook East on Wednesday, April 26, 1995 at 7 p.m. Interment in the Parish Cemetery, Memramcook East.
